January means heavy workload, which equals very little travel. And I’m glad about that. Yoga was lacking in November and December when I was away, because I’m not good at practicing outside the studio. So I’m really glad to be back to regular practice, and I’m LOVING this pullover from Lululemon. Yes, it’s meant for runners (which I am not), but it’s just a tick longer and is down-filled, so it’s perfect for going back and forth to class in the deep freeze that is Alberta right now.
